I just wanted to check in quickly with an update. This week I’ve seen a change down to 214 ( I was sitting at the 218 mark last time I checked in). After a week or so of no change I now can say I’m trending in the right direction. I attribute this to to using the My Fitness Pal app. I have to say that I like it. It is simple to use and you can customize it for your needs. My goal is to hit the 205lb pound mark by the conclusion of this class. Tracking my intake with the app has key to ensuring my success. This has been followed closely posting updates on this blog. Thank you for reading this and the supportive comments and suggestions!
